Booking & Cancellation

For confirmed booking, 100% advance payment of booked cottages is essential of your complete stay. The amount can be deposited by net/online transfer in our below mentioned bank account.

To confirm the room availability and total tariff amount of your visit, you can easily initiate a call to our contact numbers (refer to our Contact us page).
Only 25% of total amount will be refunded, if reservation is cancelled minimum 15 days prior to Arrival date, otherwise no Refund will be given against cancellation; instead, we'll provide one chance, in next 3 months, to utilize the booking.
Change of dates will be considered as cancellation.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Note

It is mandatory to provide Photo ID & Mobile number upon check-in. Following can be accepted as photo ID (Passport, Driver's license, Voter ID, PAN Card).
All rates are inclusive of taxes.
Visitor will have to accommodate his/her pet in the cottage itself (inside/outside).
Meals are not included in above rates.
Visitors are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Resort management will not be responsible for any loss.
Mosquito coil is provided but it will be good if visitors keep mosquito or insect repellents with them, for extra precautions.
Unethical & anti-social activities are not allowed. Management's decision will be final, in case any such behaviour is observed.
