• Hall carries the total seating capacity of 200 people, comfortably including stage. It can be increased if open area is used.
• Hall contains Lighting, Audio system, TV screen with projector (screen 10x10ft), 2 attached rooms with toilets
• Decoration arrangement can be made for any function.
• Corporate games/Family activities can also be arranged in open ground beside hall or in Garden, if required.

Pet Rules

• Pet owner is responsible for any and all damages to the premises caused by the pet, including urine, chewing, scratching or destruction of property. Pet owner will have to pay for the damages before checking out.
• Pet owner must carry bed linen (bedsheets & pillows), so that the pet does not destroy or dirty the same in the cottage.
• Always carry your pet's vaccination certificate when staying at our Resort. Management may ask for a certificate, to ensure the safety of other Visitors.
• Pet owner is responsible for the safety of his/her pet(s). Resort management cannot be held responsible for the same.
• Kindly avoid bringing a ferocious dog/pet along, when on holiday.
• Pet owners should ensure that their pets are not roaming around the place freely. Pets should be controlled/tied with a chain/belt in the best manner, so as to maintain the safety of the other guests.

• Rasai Hill - It is around 6 km from Resort. You will enjoy the beauty around the hill & landscapes are very soothing. On top of the hill, you can also visit Rasubai temple. 
• Lake at Bahirapur - It is just 2 km from Resort. Ideal for bird watching. Specialy for water-birds like Heron, Cormorant, Kingfisher etc.
• Amboli Ghat - 60 km from resort. Best time is June to Sep & Nov to Feb. Nearby spots include Kawala Shet, Mahadev Gadh (excellent view of Sahyadri Parvat shrinkhala) and the ugam (source) of Hiranyakeshi river.
• Saman Gadh – 20 km from resort. Shivkaleen fort which has old pattern wells, Underground houses of old times.
• Gokak Falls – 80 km from resort. Best enjoyed in rainy season. In Gokak people will find excellent quality of cotton mkt. Near to Gokak there is Gudchinmalki falls, which is also a best place to visit in rainy season.
• Hidkal Dam – This huge dam is known for its beautiful scenery around. People can enjoy their half day stay here. It is on the way to Gokak.
• Kolhapur city – The traditional city is known for its spiritual heritage. Places to visit are Mahalakshmi temple, Jyotiba, Panhala fort, Shalini palace of Shahu Maharaaj, Kaneri Math near Kolhapur.
